ROSE CARACOSTAS
Hello! My name is Rose Caracostas and I am the owner and founder of Elmwood Counseling. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
I am a certified EMDR clinician and trained in several different treatment modalities, which enables me to work with a variety of patients and create an individualized treatment plan.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to meet your goals.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
